TBE Awards Success for our Dream Team

KR HR & Training Consultancy Ltd News, winners of the Dream Team at the TBE Awards Evening 2025.
A proud moment for us at KR HR & Training Consultancy at the TBE Awards 2025, where we were named winners of the Dream Team award!

A glittering awards ceremony at the National Self-Build and Renovation Centre brought together a broad spectrum of local businesses and charities and showcased innovation and talent from our region.

We had a nervous wait as the “Dream Team” was one of the last categories to be announced, with the results revealed by Nick Cramp from The Rethink Collective.

The judges summarised what stood out about our team:

“KR HR set out to change the perception of HR from managing problems to unlocking potential. Today, this 4-person team combines decades of experience with a shared commitment to making working life better for businesses and employees alike. Their strength lies in collaboration and flexibility. Each member brings unique expertise and together they deliver tailored HR strategies for SME’s and charities across Wiltshire, Swindon and Bath. Despite being a small team, they’ve built a reputation for consistency and trust, reflected in client feedback praising their professionalism in approachable style. KR HR ethos is simple: everyone has a voice, everyone contributes and the result is a team that supports each other and their clients with equal dedication.”

We were also proud to be finalists for the “Positive Business” category for our involvement in fundraising and volunteering for local charities and our efforts in supporting individuals affected by domestic abuse, from joining the Employers Initiative on Domestic Abuse to advocating for a designated Safe Space in Corsham. Huge well done to worthy winners Gel Studios in this category.

It certainly has been a great opportunity to showcase how we work, celebrate our wonderful team and network with other brilliant businesses and charities from across the South West.

Our director Kathryn Fairlie comments “Working in HR means dealing with really difficult situations for both organisations and individuals. I believe the resilience that enables us to show up every day to deliver what our clients need comes from having a strong foundation as a team where we can rely on each other, ask for help and be open about when we may be struggling. I really do have a dream team – who in turn help our clients create their dream teams!”

The awards win was one of our highlights of 2025. Read more about our reflections on 2025 and plans for 2026 here.
