It’s essential that your CV stands out for the right reasons and secures you that all important interview. 

With over 17 years working in HR, including specialist recruitment roles, I have seen more than my fair share of CVs and application forms. I use this experience and my knowledge of the shortlisting process to help create stand out CVs that match what recruiters are looking for. 

This isn’t a simple case of re-working your existing document. I interview all CV customers either by telephone or face to face depending on location. During the consultation interview, I will ask lots of questions to really understand your career goals and draw out your relevant transferable skills and achievements to create a professional, focused CV that helps to secure that dream job.

I have experience with developing interviews and assessments for a wide variety of operational and director level roles so can help you to understand what to expect, how to prepare and  give you an opportunity to practise your interview skills in a safe environment and receive feedback.
